Sabancı University – Leading Scientific Research and Technical Innovation in Turkey

Sabancı University is a private non-profit university founded in 1996 with support from Sabancı Holding, located in the Orhanlı district on the Asian side of Istanbul. Sabancı ranks within the top 500 globally and appears on the top 200 list in engineering and technical sciences. The university's Nanotechnology Research Center (SUNUM) is considered one of the best in Europe and the Middle East, and it achieves research results that far exceed its relative size.
